Professional Experience:
  • I taught elementary music for 5½ years after college in various schools in Kenosha. (I left teaching to raise my children).
  • I taught an elementary music methods course at UW-Whitewater.
  • I served as Director of Development for Hospice Alliance for 4 years before returning to teaching.
  • This is my 11th year teaching at Jeffery School.
Conferences/Special Projects:
I have served as president of both the Kenosha Symphony Association and the Kenosha Symphony League. My interest in international folk dancing has allowed me to attend a number of workshops over the past few years, and I offer a professional development course for KUSD teachers in this subject.
